Our product specialists can assist with procurement of replacement and new components and product across your treatment plant infrastructure including spare parts, replacement components, chemical products and general sundries required for plant operation. Our systems can be automated from your stock control triggers with guaranteed lead times on contracted items.

Design & Engineering

Prime Water Australia have an in-house team of system engineers ensuring knowledge and capacity to deliver all client requests. We undertake in house design and suitability analysis for all components of water and waste treatment systems and ensure that optimal product selections are made to suit customer asset setups and process designs.

Manufacturing & Fabrication

We have facilities in Western Sydney that allow for pre-fabrication and manufacturing of complete water treatment plants ready for delivery to site. We have in house teams of fabricators, electricians and process specialists to assemble and construct packaged and customised water treatment systems from small dosing and pump skids to 40 foot container water and waste water treatment plants.

Installation

Our specialist technicians undertake installation works from individual component replacements up to full treatment plant construction projects (inclduing Civil and other requirements). We work as a (sub)contractor or can undertake preliminary works and principal contractor duties on larger projects. We own and operate all specialist equipment and resources are FTEs ensuring consistent quality projects on every occasion.

Commissioning

From calibration of sensors and Inspection & Testing Regimes of systems as a whole, we can undertake full commissioning of your water treatment plant. Our teams will test all systems in the process design and understand the interactions between the integrated systems to map out the tangible ranges for dosing/filtration/flows etc specific to your plant. Full O&M Manuals and FAQs can be provided for site operators to best understand the variables.

Service & Operation

Our technicians and process engineering teams are well versed in site management and operation. With ongoing contracts lasting over a decade with Prime Water Australia, our customers trust us to work as an extension of their teams to service and operate the water and waste treatment plants including preventative regimes, supply of chemical & consumables, corrective works, comprehensive asset management and upgrade recommendations over the total asset lifecycles.
