Prime Water offers large team of fitters, mechanical engineers, electricians and plumbers specially trained in pumps and hydraulic systems. This pool of experience and knowledge is utilised to maintain all client assets to extend the life expectancy of all pumps and associated systems. SYSTEMCHECK - PREVENTATIVE SERVICING

As leaders in hydraulic asset management, Prime Water Australia has its own trademarked Systemcheck management system. This involves 2 levels of pump maintenance from simple visual and non-intrusive inspections through to level 2 pump dewatering, confined space entry lifting of all pumps and full servicing as per manufacturer guidelines. 

ENGINEERING DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, INSTALL & COMMISSION

Prime Water has a high level of expertise in the industry with electrical, hydraulic and mechanical engineers in house for all design and construct needs. This team of consultants can work with your internal building/facility/property managers to review existing systems and provide proposals for design of new systems alike.

PIT AND PUMP SYSTEM MONITORING

Prime Water's electricians and electrical engineers can provide and set up custom control systems and GSM auto-diallers to provide coverage for after hours alarms and unmanned sites. Our systems can be connected into BMS systems, connected to landlines or can run purely off of mobile networks to ensure that no failure/power loss/high level or any other alarm goes unnoticed.

24HR ON CALL TEAM

Prime Water has a 24/7 capability for our clients. We retain an on call structure including Plumbers, Pump Technicians and a part of the management team every day of the year. This ensures that all jobs are actioned within the required time frames as per the service level agreements and with the back up of our knowledgeable managers, a solution is always obtained. If you are unsure whether your issue requires immediate action, please call us and we will try to assist you over the phone to delay attendance to the next business day and reduce costs.

ASSET MANAGEMENT

Prime Water utilise a large enterprise management system to manage all clients, workflow and their respective properties and assets. When engaged, PWA undertake a full site audit of your property, log all respective assets into the system and provide you with a schedule of proposed maintenance, required upgrade works to each of your assets as well as condition reports, stage of lifecycle, cost at end of life and other important information to assist FM & BM contacts to budget for and maintain their properties.
