Prime Water Australia Pty Ltd (PWA) is a direct result of the recent amalgamation of both the field Service Division of Prime Pumps Pty Ltd and Prime Water Technologies Pty Ltd. PWA has been specifically established to deliver “Quality Water Solutions” into our targeted market, something that was originally founded within the Prime Pumps Group in 1982. Across the Group we employ over 80 staff in three locations along the East Coast of Australia, and our annual revenue is in excess of $20 Million dollars. At our Head Office in Seven Hills, NSW, we have an extensive Administration, Operations and Manufacturing facility. This facility also forms the hub for our 24/7 install and service technicians, both of which add significant benefit to our customers and the projects that we undertake.

PWA can offer a vast and diverse range of services ranging from *changing a tap washer to installing a water treatment system*. Our specialist team of fully qualified mobile technicians are all OH&S certified and the company is a licensed electrical and plumbing contractor.

PWA is the Prime Group of companies’ Hydraulic (Water) System Repair & Maintenance, Design & Construct and Installation Division. PWA specialises first and foremost in the successful selection and installation of pumps and associated components for ease of service and efficiency. Further to this we have evolved as we grew to incorporate maintenance plumbing and general plumbing work. We are active in the market in preventative maintenance and offer a very competitive service package. Our Electricians are responsible for designing and installing our system control systems from single pump controllers to SCADA systems used in the large water treatment plants we install and maintain. Our fitters complete the custom fabrication works for our installations, our Plumbers complete all maintenance and critical testing. All of our Trades Staff are cross-trained and competent in all areas under the supervison of our license holders. Should any civil works be required to achieve a desired outcome these are completed either by a skilled PWA operator or directly project managed by our team should the scope of civil works dictate this.

PWA operates an Integrated Management System which forms the foundation for our OH&S, Environmental and Quality Management Systems.

Across the Prime Group of companies there has been a strong commitment to staff training. This is evidenced by the large number of apprentices employed across the group (currently 20). Furthermore, in 2000 the group established the Australian Technical Training Institute (ATTI), in response to the lack of external training courses available and our commitment to staff training. This organisation, using a full time training coordinator, provides technical and management training to our own staff as well as the group’s clients.

As with other projects, we will endeavour to engage with specialist suppliers, consultants and sub-contractors in order to deliver the necessary outcome.
